Required Documents For Haj

  1. Agency registration
  2. Chip and valid passport for at least 8 months from the flight date
  3. Duplex copy of TR Identity Card with TR ID number
  4. 2 portrait photograph (White Background Color)
  5. Certificate of identity register copy taken from Birth Registration Office that shows both husband and wife for woman under 45 years old.
  6. Identity register copy taken from Birth Registration Office for each child in families with children,
  7. According to Saudi Arabia laws, women under 45 years old cannot go to Haj or Umrah without their first degree relatives. They can go with their father, father in law, brother (+18 years old) and uncles. For those people it is needed to have deed of consent- written contract from notary and certificate of identity register copy (original paper) taken from Birth Registration Office for each person. (woman never can be mahram to another woman)
  8. According to Saudi Arabia laws, males under age of 18 must have first degree male relative to go to Haj or Umrah if they don’t go with their parents. Even if they have first degree relative with them, there is no guarantee to get visa.
  9. For people under 18 years old it is needed to have deed of consent- written contract from notary and certificate of identity register copy (original paper) taken from Birth Registration Office. Mothers older than 45 years old cannot be mahram for her own child under 18 years old.
