    The three decisions behind every package

    Hajj has its own logic. These three concepts explain almost every difference — in comfort and in price — between the programs above.

    Shifting vs. Non-Shifting

    The single biggest driver of comfort and price.

    Non-shifting

    One hotel for the whole trip. Less packing, more stability — ideal for elderly and first-time pilgrims. Costs more.

    Shifting

    A hotel near the Haram plus Razana Rawda, 1 km from the Jamarat, around the Hajj days. More affordable, with efficient logistics.

    Your Mina camp — a choice, not a fixed feature

    During the days of Tashreeq you walk from your camp to the Jamarat Bridge every day. On Nusuk, the camp is selected right after the package — in every Luxury & Premium program.

    Al-Muaisim — included

    The default camp inside every "starting from" price. ~4 km from the Jamarat, well-equipped and comfortable.

    Majar Al-Kabsh — optional upgrade

    300–700 m from the Jamarat, ~5,000 pilgrims, the highest service level — the shortest stoning-day walks available.

    Makkah zones

    In Makkah, everything is measured by distance from Al-Masjid al-Haram.

    Zone A

    The innermost ring — a 0–5 minute walk, often overlooking the courtyards. All five 2027 programs use Zone A hotels in Makkah.

    Why are there no Hajj 2027 prices yet?

    Official Hajj 2027 packages and prices are published by the Saudi Nusuk platform, typically in December. Until then, the 2026 season prices still listed on Nusuk are shown as a reference so you can plan realistically. The binding price is always the one shown inside Nusuk when sales open.

    Do the prices on Nusuk include flights?

    No. The price on Nusuk is the land package — per person, quad room, with the Al-Muaisim Mina camp included by default. Inside Nusuk you then choose in order: your Mina camp (Majar Al-Kabsh is an optional upgrade), your room type (triple, double and single at higher rates), and finally your flights. A guided group flight from the USA typically adds around SAR 10,000 (~$2,670).

    Why does the Nusuk package link send me to a login page?

    Nusuk only opens package pages for signed-in accounts — even a valid link is redirected to the login screen. That's why each card has a Copy Nusuk Link button: copy the link, sign in at hajj.nusuk.sa, then paste the link into your address bar to land on the exact package page.

    Which package is best for elderly or first-time pilgrims?

    We recommend a non-shifting program (Platinum, Gold or Silver) so there is only one hotel to settle into, a Zone A hotel for the shortest walk to the Haram, and — where budget allows — the optional Majar Al-Kabsh camp upgrade, 300–700 m from the Jamarat, selectable in every program.     Which cities do the 2027 groups depart from?

    Platinum & Platinum Shifting: New York (JFK) and Washington (IAD). Gold, Gold Shifting & Silver: New York (JFK), Washington (IAD), Chicago (ORD), Houston (IAH), Los Angeles (LAX) and Toronto (YYZ). Group flight details for 2027 are announced together with the packages in December.

    What happens if these five packages sell out?

    Hisar Tour also operates Hajj programs for pilgrims worldwide. If demand exceeds the five North American programs, additional packages are opened to redirect the demand. Pre-registering early is the surest way to hold a place in the program you actually want.

    Is Hisar Tour the official Nusuk platform?

    No — official Hajj registration, booking and payment are completed on hajj.nusuk.sa, operated by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah. Hisar Tour provides guidance, package selection support, group leadership, seminars, and on-ground coordination. As part of the Seera Group family, we share in Seera Mawasim's 1st Place award for Excellent Service from the Ministry of Hajj, now in our 4th year of partnership.
