Yes — this is the heart of what we do, and most of our pilgrims are first-timers. Qualified imams and murshids accompany every group from departure until return: they lead each rite step by step, provide Bluetooth headsets so you can hear guidance even in the crowds, and are reachable 24/7 on the ground. Hajj involves real walking — Tawaf, Sa'i, and the daily walks to the Jamarat during the Mina days — and it takes place in warm weather. That said, thousands of elderly pilgrims complete it every year with the right package. For older or less mobile pilgrims we recommend non-shifting packages in Zone A (shortest walks to the Haram) and the Majar Al-Kabsh camp (300–700 m from the Jamarat). Wheelchair assistance is available for Tawaf and Sa'i, and Saudi government health insurance is included in every package. Tell us about any mobility or health needs in your pre-registration and we'll plan around them.

Under current Saudi rules, women may perform Hajj without a mahram (male guardian) when travelling within an officially organised group. These requirements can change season to season. Women of all ages are welcome on Hisar Tour's guided group departures, with female-friendly accommodation arrangements.

Saudi authorities typically require proof of meningococcal (ACWY) vaccination for Hajj pilgrims, usually given at least 10 days before arrival. Seasonal influenza and other vaccines may also be recommended. The official Hajj 2027 health requirements are confirmed closer to the season and can change year to year — we share the updated list with registered pilgrims and remind you in good time.

You'll need a passport valid at least 6 months beyond travel, a Nusuk account with a compliant photo (200×200 px), a funded Nusuk eWallet, and your vaccination record. The Hajj visa itself is issued through Nusuk once your package is confirmed — there's no separate embassy application for US and Canadian pilgrims.

In a shifting package, your accommodation changes at different stages — for example, a hotel in Makkah and then closer arrangements during the Mina days. It optimizes logistics and is more affordable.

In a non-shifting package, you stay in the same hotel the entire trip. It's more convenient and stable — especially for elderly and first-time pilgrims — and usually costs more.

There's no single fixed deadline, but Hajj permits are limited and packages sell out — so we strongly recommend pre-registering early and completing your Nusuk verification and eWallet funding as soon as the season opens, so you're ready to book the moment packages are released. During the days of Tashreeq you stay in Mina and walk to the Jamarat Bridge daily. Nusuk packages use two camps:

• Majar Al-Kabsh — just 300–700 m from the Jamarat Bridge, ~5,000 pilgrims, the highest level of service.
• Al-Muaisim — about 4 km from the Jamarat Bridge, up to 44,000 pilgrims, well-equipped and comfortable.

Closer camps mean shorter daily walks during the most physically demanding days of Hajj — a key reason premium packages cost more.
