What is included in your Umrah packages?
Round-trip flights, Saudi visa processing, hotels close to the Haram, daily open-buffet breakfast AND dinner, all ground transfers by private coach, guided Ziyarah visits in both cities, travel health insurance, and a qualified imam or trained group leader travelling with the group. Each package card shows that departure’s exact hotels, the walking distance or shuttle arrangement, and what is included. Anything not included — for example personal expenses, extra nights or optional upgrades — is listed on the package before you pay.
How much does Umrah cost from the USA?
It depends on the season, the hotel category, how many pilgrims share a room and your departure city. The table above shows the current starting price for each package category, taken from the departures that are open right now — so it moves as groups fill and new dates open. Every price bundles round-trip flights, Saudi visa processing, hotels close to the Haram, daily breakfast and dinner, transfers and group guidance into one figure, so what you see is the package total rather than a teaser with extras added later.
How much is the deposit, and when do I pay the rest?
Pre-registration is free. When you confirm your seat, the deposit is $1,000 per person ($2,000 for Ramadan departures) and the balance is due 30 days before departure — most families spread payments over the months in between. We accept Zelle, bank transfer and check at no fee, or credit card with a 3% processing fee, and every payment is invoiced in writing.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Everything is handled in writing, with a clear rule for every stage: the deposit is non-refundable once processing begins; more than 30 days before departure, further payments are refunded to the extent we recover funds from airlines and hotels; within 30 days, tickets and rooms are committed and the package is non-refundable — though any supplier refund we later receive for unused services is passed on to you, with documentation. The full policy is published openly in our Terms and Conditions, and we strongly recommend separate travel insurance, which can cover cancellations no operator policy can.
How far are the hotels from the Haram?
It depends on the package — and every card above shows the real number. Most Comfort, Premium and Luxury departures use hotels within a short walk of the Haram, typically 200 to 500 meters (3 to 7 minutes on foot). Some Standard and value-focused departures use a hotel farther out with scheduled shuttle transportation to the Haram instead. The exact hotel, the walking distance and the transport arrangement are stated on each package card and confirmed on your booking documents.
Can my hotel change after I book?
Hotels are subject to final supplier confirmation, so packages are sold as the named hotel 'or similar.' With us, 'similar' has a real meaning: a comparable standard, category and practical distance to the Haram — and if a substitution is ever unavoidable, we notify you in writing before departure, never at the check-in desk. The exact hotel for your departure is confirmed on your booking documents.
Is dinner really included every day?
Yes — and we are one of the very few operators that includes it. Breakfast and dinner are served as open buffets at your own hotel in both Makkah and Madinah, so you never queue on the street after Isha or hunt for food with children. On Ramadan tours, Suhoor and Iftar are included instead.
Who leads the group — and will I get help on my first Umrah?
A qualified imam or trained group leader travels with every group from departure to return — leading the Umrah step by step, teaching at each Ziyarah stop through your Bluetooth headset, and answering fiqh questions personally, according to your own madhhab. Do you have Umrah packages from New York, Toronto or other cities?
Yes. Most departures fly non-stop from New York (JFK) with Saudia, and we also run departures from Toronto (YYZ), Washington, Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston and Miami depending on the season. Use the 'From' filter above to see departures from your city.
Are your flights direct from the USA?
Many of our departures fly non-stop from New York (JFK) with Saudia, and we also offer non-stop options from Toronto and Washington on select dates. Some budget-friendly departures connect through Istanbul or Cairo. Each package card clearly marks whether the flight is non-stop or connecting, and you can use the 'Non-stop only' filter to see direct flights instantly.
Will my family be seated together on the plane?
We request family seating at ticketing and follow up at check-in wherever the airline allows. Final seat maps always belong to the airline — no agency can override that — but because our groups travel on group bookings, families sit together in the great majority of cases. Tell us about young children or medical needs at booking so we can prioritize your request.
Do I need a visa for Umrah, and is it included?
Yes — a Saudi visa is required. For travellers who qualify for the standard Saudi tourist visa, visa processing is included in the published package price and our team handles the application for you; you provide a passport valid for at least six months and a photo. Eligibility, visa type and validity depend on your nationality and residency status, and some passports require a different visa type or carry an additional fee. Send us your passport page on WhatsApp and we will confirm your exact situation in writing before you pay anything.
Can women travel for Umrah without a mahram?
Yes — Saudi Arabia currently permits women to perform Umrah without a mahram, and sisters travel with our groups regularly, including friends traveling together and mothers with daughters. You will be roomed with other sisters, supported for your Rawdah appointment, and never left to navigate airports, transfers or the Haramain alone.
Are your groups suitable for elderly parents and children?
Very much so — that is who we design for. Hotels are chosen for short, easy access to the Haram (each card shows the exact distance or shuttle arrangement), buses are private and comfortable, the pace is gentle, Bluetooth headsets keep everyone connected to the guide, and select school-break departures include a kids program. Tell us about wheelchair or mobility needs at booking so the group leader can plan support in advance.
Is pre-registration a commitment? Do I pay now?
No payment is taken online. Pre-registering only saves your seat in line — our team calls you within one business day to answer every question, and you decide afterwards. You can cancel your pre-registration at any time at no cost.
When is the best time to go for Umrah?
The quietest, most affordable months are typically November, February and early autumn — smaller crowds and gentler pricing. December (winter school break) and the last 10 nights of Ramadan are the most spiritually sought-after and busiest periods, so they carry higher demand. For Ramadan and school-break departures, book 3–6 months ahead — these groups fill first; other dates are usually comfortable 6–10 weeks out.
How many days do you need for Umrah?
Umrah itself can be performed in a single day, but most pilgrims stay 7 to 14 nights to worship without rushing and to visit both Makkah and Madinah. Our packages are usually structured as 3–4 nights in Madinah and 4–6 in Makkah, depending on the flight — the 7–10 night trips tend to be the sweet spot for value and comfort.
