There is only one official road to Hajj 2027 from North America — and it runs through Nusuk.
Nusuk Hajj is the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s official platform for pilgrims from Muslim-minority countries, including the USA and Canada. No agency can sell you a Hajj visa outside this system. What an experienced organizer can do is make sure you get through it correctly — and travel with a real group behind you.
This guide walks through the entire Nusuk process for the 2027 season (1448 AH), updated as of August 2026 — including everything you can do right now, before registration officially opens.
| Stage | Hajj 2026 (actual) | Hajj 2027 (expected) |
|---|---|---|
| Account & interest registration opens | Early October 2025 | Late 2026 |
| Package booking & payment open | February 1, 2026 | Early 2027 |
| Visas, flights, final preparations | March–May 2026 | March–May 2027 |
| Hajj | Late May 2026 | Expected mid-May 2027 |
Projections based on previous cycles, not official announcements. Saudi authorities can change the schedule at any time.
Inside the platform your application moves through ten stages, shown as a progress bar at the top of every screen. Knowing the full map in advance tells you where the real waiting happens — and where speed matters.
Stages 1 to 4 can be completed early and then sit and wait. Stages 5 to 9 are the competitive window — that is where packages sell out. The single most useful thing you can do this year is arrive at stage 5 already finished with stages 1 to 4.
Go to the official Nusuk Hajj platform (hajj.nusuk.sa). Select your country of residence, create an account with your email and phone, verify, and set a strong password.
Be careful: use only the official site. Every season, copycat sites appear in search results.

Have these ready before you start:

Packages from licensed Saudi providers differ mainly by:
Important: flights from the US or Canada are usually not included in Nusuk packages. This is exactly where a group organizer matters — group flights, airport meeting points, and a leader who travels with you.
The Saudi package portion is paid inside the platform, typically by loading funds into its e-wallet via bank transfer or card. Two rules protect you:
The Hajj visa is processed through the same system. What remains is everything Nusuk does not do: flights, insurance guidance, ihram and travel gear, and knowing what you will actually be doing in Mina, Arafah, and Muzdalifah. That is where our seminar series comes in — running from Ramadan until departure for every Hisar Tour group.
Hisar Tour is a US-based Hajj and Umrah organizer affiliated with UAMA (United American Muslim Association). For Hajj 2027 we provide, alongside the official Nusuk booking: one-on-one registration guidance, package selection advice based on on-the-ground knowledge of the hotels and Mina camps, organized group flights from the US, experienced imams and group leaders, a full seminar program, and continuous support during the pilgrimage. Official booking and payment always happen on Nusuk — we make sure you do it right, and that you don’t stand in Arafah wondering what comes next.

As of August 2026, no. Based on the previous cycle (accounts in early October 2025, package sales on February 1, 2026), registration for 2027 is expected in late 2026, with package sales in early 2027. You can create your account and prepare documents now.
No. For pilgrims from Muslim-minority countries, including the USA and Canada, Nusuk Hajj is the only official channel. Any offer of a Hajj visa outside the platform should be treated as a scam.
As shown on the platform in August 2026: the passport scan must be PNG or JPG, no larger than 400 × 800 pixels and 1 MB; the personal photo must be PNG or JPG, no larger than 200 × 200 pixels and 1 MB, with a clear white background and formal attire. Photos taken on a modern phone are far larger than these limits and must be resized before uploading.
In the 2026 season, complete costs for US pilgrims — Nusuk package plus flights and group services — typically ran from roughly $10,000 to $15,000+ depending on package level and room occupancy. See our detailed Hajj cost guide.
The booking and payment must be completed in your own Nusuk account. A legitimate US agency guides you through registration, helps you choose the right package, and organizes flights, group leadership, and support around the Nusuk core — it never asks you to pay for the Saudi package itself outside the platform.
Spots are limited and demand from North America grows every year. If you miss the window, the productive path is to perform Umrah in the meantime and enter the next cycle fully prepared. Early pre-registration is the single best way to avoid missing out.
