Nusuk Hajj (hajj.nusuk.sa) is the official platform of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for pilgrims from Muslim-minority countries — including the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Since 2022, it is the only legitimate channel for these pilgrims to register, choose a licensed package, pay, and receive a Hajj visa.

Yes. There is no agency quota system for North America anymore. Any company offering a “guaranteed Hajj visa” outside Nusuk is either misinformed or attempting fraud. A legitimate US agency works around the Nusuk core — guidance, flights, group leadership — never in place of it.

No. The nusuk.sa ecosystem also covers Umrah and general visit services, but Hajj runs on its own platform (hajj.nusuk.sa) with its own registration, verification, e-wallet, and package booking process. Having used Nusuk services for Umrah does not register you for Hajj.

Based on that pattern, 2027 registration is expected in late 2026 and package sales in early 2027 — both estimates, not official dates. Yes — and you should. Account creation on hajj.nusuk.sa is typically available year-round. Creating your account, verifying your email, and preparing your documents now means that when the 2027 window opens, you start at the package-selection stage while others are still resizing passport photos.

Two uploads: your passport and a passport-style personal photo. As shown on the platform in August 2026, the passport scan must be PNG or JPG within 400 × 800 pixels and 1 MB; the photo must be PNG or JPG within 200 × 200 pixels and 1 MB, on a white background. Your passport must remain valid for at least six months beyond your arrival in Saudi Arabia — if it expires before December 2027, renew it now.

Almost always file size. A modern phone photo is several thousand pixels wide — far beyond the platform’s limits — so the upload fails and people assume the site is broken. Resize both files with any free image resizer before you start, and the upload takes two minutes.

Family members should be grouped under one booking as companions, so you are placed in the same group and rooms. Registering relatives separately and hoping to merge later is one of the most common and painful mistakes — enter companion details from the start.

No — Nusuk serves pilgrims by country of residence. US citizens, green card holders, and residents on valid visas apply through the USA track with their residence documents. Requirements vary by nationality; send us your passport data page and residence document by WhatsApp and we will confirm what applies to you before you commit to anything.

In the 2026 season, Nusuk packages for North American pilgrims generally ran from roughly $10,000 to $15,000+ per person, depending on hotel category, Mina camp zone, room occupancy, and duration — with flights from North America usually not included. 2027 prices will be set by the Saudi providers when packages are released. Mostly three things: the Mina camp category and location (the single biggest comfort difference during the hardest days), hotel distance from the Haram before and after the Mashair days, and duration. Two packages can differ by thousands of dollars while covering the same rites — the difference is where you sleep in Mina and how far you walk. Check the camp zone before the hotel star rating.

Usually not. Most Nusuk packages start and end in Saudi Arabia. This is exactly where a US group organizer matters: group flights, a meeting point at the airport, and a leader who travels with you instead of a solo arrival in Jeddah at 2 a.m.

Yes. When 2026 sales opened on February 1, popular categories sold out within days. Demand from North America grows every year while capacity is limited by quota. The pilgrims who book successfully are the ones who arrive at opening day with a verified account, uploaded documents, a funded e-wallet, and a decided budget.

Inside the platform, through your own Nusuk e-wallet — typically funded by bank transfer or card, then used to book your chosen package. The payment goes to the licensed Saudi provider through Nusuk. No US agency should ever collect the Nusuk package price from you.

No. Our Nusuk registration guidance, webinars, and group support are provided at no service fee. You pay the Saudi provider through Nusuk for the package; optional extras arranged by us (such as a separately booked flight) are always invoiced clearly in writing. We will never ask for your Nusuk password, verification codes, or e-wallet credentials.

Funds you loaded into your Nusuk e-wallet but did not spend remain in your own account under Nusuk’s rules — no agency ever held them. This is one of the system’s real protections: your money sits in your name inside the official platform, not in a company’s bank account.

Through the same system, after your package is booked and paid. There is no separate embassy application for Nusuk pilgrims. The visa is tied to your booking — another reason no one can sell you a “Hajj visa” separately.
