Our imams went above and beyond — having Imam Yakup and Imam Selman as our guides meant we could stick together during tawaf, sa’i and the rites of Hajj. When we started organising a second Umrah, the imams noticed there was a busload of us and arranged another guided Umrah.
Our group leader, Osman Nergiz, was exceptional. Whenever we encountered any difficulties, he handled them promptly and professionally, always keeping us calm and reassured. We consistently felt that we were in good hands throughout our journey.

Hajj & Umrah FAQ.
Is Hajj physically demanding, and can elderly parents come?
Hajj involves real walking between rites, in warm weather, but thousands of elderly pilgrims complete it each year with the right package. We recommend non-shifting, Zone A packages for shorter walks to the Haram, and offer wheelchair assistance for Tawaf and Sa'i on request.
Do women need a mahram (male guardian) for Hajj or Umrah?
Under current Saudi rules, women may perform Hajj or Umrah without a mahram when travelling within an organized group. Rules can change season to season, and we welcome women of all ages with female-friendly group arrangements.
Is Hisar Tour the official Nusuk platform?
No. Official Hajj and Umrah booking and payment happen on the Saudi government's Nusuk platform. Hisar Tour provides guidance, group departures, seminars, and on-the-ground coordination for pilgrims using the official Nusuk system.
What documents do I need to register for Hajj 2027?
You'll need a passport valid at least 6 months beyond travel, a Nusuk account with a compliant photo, a funded Nusuk eWallet, and proof of required vaccinations. We walk registered pilgrims through each step.
Does Hisar Tour serve pilgrims outside New Jersey?
Yes. We guide group departures for pilgrims across the United States and Canada, with pre-departure seminars and support available well beyond the New Jersey area.
