12:00 pm: Depart JFK on Saudia 20 (overnight).
6:30 am: Arrive JED; meet & assist.
Morning: Transfer JED → Makkah (by bus), hotel check-in & rest.
Evening: First Umrah (guided, walking).
Night: Taraweeh & Qiyam (Haram).
Early: Optional off-peak tawaf.
1:30–2:15 pm: Masjid al-Haram etiquette & tips (at hotel).
Night: Taraweeh & personal worship.
7:00 am–12:00 pm: Masha’er ziyārah (Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina) (by bus).
Evening: Second Umrah from Taneem (Masjid ʿĀ’ishah) (guided, by bus).
Midday: Jumuʿah at Masjid al-Haram (arrive early).
Rest of day: Qur’an, tawaf, sadaqah. Night: Taraweeh & Qiyam.
Morning: Short Seerah walk near the Haram (walking).
Afternoon: Free time / Qur’an circle (4:00–5:00 pm, hotel).
Night: Taraweeh & Qiyam.
7:30–11:30 am: Visit Masjid al-Jirānāh (by bus).
Afternoon/Evening: Third Umrah from Jirānāh (guided).
Night: Prep for Laylat al-Qadr (rest, hydrate, light iftar plan).
Aim: Maximize worship in the Haram while keeping energy steady for the whole night.
Afternoon (prep)
3:00–4:00 pm: Rest & nap; hydrate, light suhoor-style snacks.
4:30–5:15 pm: Duʿā list & goals session (hotel lounge): personal duas, loved ones, ummah, maghfirah; plan Qur’an khatam pages; set sadaqah amount (consider Zakat al-Fitr if not done yet).
Maghrib → ʿIshā (Haram)
Walk to Haram 30–40 min before Maghrib (walking).
Iftar together; brief dhikr & duʿā at adhan.
Pray Maghrib & ʿIshā in the Haram; prepare for Taraweeh.
Taraweeh → Qiyām block
Taraweeh in the Haram (stay with the imām).
Short break: water/dates.
Qur’an Khatam Track: target 3–5 ajz’ (split per person).
Tawāf of Devotion: 1–2 quiet tawafs during crowd dips (typically after midnight).
Long Duʿā Window: between Qiyām cycles; focus on forgiveness, destiny (Qadr), parents, family, Ummah, acceptance of Umrah, and steadfastness.
Sadaqah: discreet giving (Haram kiosks/app), intention for Laylat al-Qadr.
Pre-Fajr
1:45–3:00 am: Qiyām/Tahajjud with the imām (stay to the end if possible).
Final Witr with jamāʿah.
Suhoor (light) & hydrate.
Fajr in the Haram → remain for Ishrāq (post-sunrise).
Safety/Energy Tips
Pace yourself, rotate between Qur’an, tawaf, dhikr, and sitting dua.
Keep a small water bottle, miswak, and dates; avoid heavy food.
Agree a simple regroup point inside/outside the Haram.
Late morning: Rest.
Afternoon–Night: Light worship in Haram, short tawaf(s), gentle pace.
Maximize Haram time (farewell tawafs later tonight or early AM).
Confirm Nusuk bookings for Madinah Rawdah (if available).
8:00 am–2:30 pm: Coach Makkah → Madinah (by bus).
Afternoon: Hotel check-in & rest.

Early: Eid Prayer at Masjid an-Nabawi.
Daytime: Family/friends visits, festive meals, rest & light worship only.
Evening: Leisurely stroll to the Prophet’s Mosque (personal worship).
7:00–11:00 am: Uhud & surrounding sites (by bus).
3:30–6:00 pm: Quba, Qiblatayn, Seven Mosques (by bus).
Evening: Masjid an-Nabawi worship; Rawdah visit if Nusuk slot.
After Fajr: Jannat al-Baqiʿ (men only, walking).
Late morning: Dates market & local souq (walking).
Evening: Farewell Salam at Masjid an-Nabawi.
Night: Check-out; coach to Jeddah Airport (allow ~5–6 hrs incl. security).
3:30 am: Depart JED → JFK (Saudia 21).
10:00 am: Arrive JFK.
Umrah means “to visit.” Religiously, it is visiting the House of Allah in ihram, performing tawaf, sa’y between Safa–Marwa, and shaving or trimming the hair.
The Prophet ﷺ performed four Umrahs and one Hajj (Farewell Hajj).
The Prophet ﷺ said that performing Umrah in Ramadan carries the reward of performing Hajj with him (but does not replace Hajj’s obligation).
They include Laylatul Qadr — a night better than 1,000 months. Worship during these nights is greatly multiplied.
Ramadan is the month of mercy, forgiveness, charity, and multiplied rewards. Helping others, serving parents, tarawih, and dhikr bring immense blessings.
20 rak‘ahs is Sunnah Muakkadah according to the Sahaba, Tabi‘in, and classical scholars. Completing Qur’an (khatm) during Tarawih is recommended.
