Fluent in both Turkish and English, he not only excelled in guiding us through the planned program but also took extra care of group members, arranging additional tours outside the official itinerary, such as visits to Hira and Sevr.

Best Hotels: The accommodations arranged by the program were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay in both Makkah and Madinah. The hotel in Makkah was strategically located within walking distance from the Kaabah. The variety of food offered catered to everyone, accommodating different dietary preferences. In Madinah, Hisar Tour Hajj & Umrah went the extra mile by bringing their own cook to the hotel, ensuring that the food aligned perfectly with Turkish taste preferences.

Extraordinary Service & Airport Support: Hisar Tour Hajj & Umrah provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. They had a person who greeted us at Jeddah airport, facilitated smooth check-ins with attendants at hotel arrivals, and even at Medinah airport, an attendant ensured we all received our zam zam water. Remarkably, this individual also facilitated the early opening of EgyptAir counters for check-in, demonstrating unparalleled dedication and efficiency. (Thank you!)
