    Stay: Makkah 9 nights, then Madinah 3 nights (Eid on Mar 20; no tours that day)

    Day 1 – Mon, Mar 9: Departure (JFK → JED)

    • 12:00 pm: Depart JFK on Saudia 20 (overnight).

    Day 2 – Tue, Mar 10: Arrive Jeddah → Makkah • First Umrah

    • 6:30 am: Arrive JED; meet & assist.

    • Morning: Transfer JED → Makkah (by bus), hotel check-in & rest.

    • Evening: First Umrah (guided, walking).

    • Night: Taraweeh & Qiyam (Haram).

    Day 3 – Wed, Mar 11: Worship & Orientation (Makkah)

    • Early: Optional off-peak tawaf.

    • 1:30–2:15 pm: Masjid al-Haram etiquette & tips (at hotel).

    • Night: Taraweeh & personal worship.

    Afternoon (prep)

    • 3:00–4:00 pm: Rest & nap; hydrate, light suhoor-style snacks.

    • 4:30–5:15 pm: Duʿā list & goals session (hotel lounge): personal duas, loved ones, ummah, maghfirah; plan Qur’an khatam pages; set sadaqah amount (consider Zakat al-Fitr if not done yet).

    Maghrib → ʿIshā (Haram)

    • Walk to Haram 30–40 min before Maghrib (walking).

    • Iftar together; brief dhikr & duʿā at adhan.

    • Pray Maghrib & ʿIshā in the Haram; prepare for Taraweeh.

    Taraweeh → Qiyām block

    • Taraweeh in the Haram (stay with the imām).

    • Short break: water/dates.

    • Qur’an Khatam Track: target 3–5 ajz’ (split per person).

    • Tawāf of Devotion: 1–2 quiet tawafs during crowd dips (typically after midnight).
