Based on the webinar timeline, packages are expected to be viewable in January for comparison (not purchasable yet). The first phase of package sales is expected to begin around February 5, 2026 and runs until each country’s quota is filled. A second round is expected before Ramadan (around February 18–19), using remaining quota pooled globally.
Yes. All pilgrims on your Nusuk account/profile must be approved/verified before you can complete a purchase. If any family member in the same account is still pending, you will not be able to buy until everyone is approved.
Typically you upload your passport and a personal photo. If you are not a U.S. citizen (but residing in the U.S.), Nusuk may also request proof of residency such as a Green Card or residency permit.
Nusuk uses an e-wallet flow. You are advised to top up your Nusuk e-wallet ahead of the sale day with enough funds to cover your selected configuration, then proceed to checkout when sales open. Refunds (when applicable) are returned to the e-wallet first and can take time to process.
Yes, but if family members are under the same account/profile, they must purchase the same package/camp together. You can often mix room occupancies within the same booking (e.g., some double rooms and some quad rooms) by selecting the appropriate number of beds/rooms during configuration.
Shifting means moving from your primary accommodation to a secondary accommodation during the peak Hajj days (around 8th–13th of Dhul Hijjah) to improve logistics and proximity to key areas like Jamarat. Non-shifting means you keep the same accommodation without a major hotel move during the Hajj days.
Yes. Visa is listed among the essential services included in packages on the platform.
Yes. Meals are included as part of the essential services. In hotels, it is typically half-board (breakfast and dinner). During Mashair (Mina/Arafat/Muzdalifah period), it is typically full-board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase, you can receive a 100% refund for the package and (if booked) group flights. Custom flights follow the airline’s cancellation rules. Visa refunds are available within 72 hours and before April 18, 2026. After 72 hours (and before April 18, 2026), visa fees are not refunded (package/group flight may still be refundable per rules). After April 18, 2026, no refunds are available even for serious circumstances. Refunds return to the Nusuk e-wallet first and may take weeks to months.
