Where To Start

What should I do now for Hajj 2027?

Three things matter before Nusuk opens its 2027 packages: knowing which program fits your family, pre-registering so we can plan your place in our group, and preparing properly before you travel.

Getting Started

How Hajj 2027 registration works

You do not need to understand every Hajj term today. Start with these five preparation steps: Hisar guides you; you complete the official account, application and purchase on Nusuk Hajj. Our free pre-registration is separate from your Nusuk application.

Who does what across the five registration steps Hisar Tour handles pre-registration, guidance and the group. You complete the Nusuk account, verification, e-wallet and the package purchase yourself, on the official platform. 03

Create and verify your Nusuk account

Create your own account, complete the application and wait for Nusuk to verify it. Account registration alone does not confirm a Hajj booking.

04

Fund your Nusuk eWallet

Your eWallet is the payment balance in your Nusuk account. When top-ups open, follow the official instructions and allow time for transfers to appear before package sales begin.

Care for Every Pilgrim

Thoughtful support for those who need it most

Hajj is demanding, and every pilgrim's needs are different. Two groups receive our special attention from the first call to the farewell Tawaf.

Support for Sisters

We help women plan privacy, room arrangements and group guidance; eligibility and companion requirements must be checked for the current season throughout.

  • Female support staff and sisters-only guidance where needed
  • Careful privacy at hotels, in Mina and Arafat, and at the Rawdah
  • Coordinated Rawdah visit scheduling for sisters in Madinah
  • A comfortable space to ask questions and be heard
  • Female-friendly room and group arrangements

First-Time & Elderly Pilgrims

Most of our pilgrims are first-timers, and many travel with elderly parents. We plan every detail around comfort and safety.

  • Zone A hotels — the shortest possible walk to the Haram
  • Wheelchair assistance for Tawaf and Sa'i on request
  • Guidance on medication planning and staying hydrated
  • Heat and crowd management, especially at the Jamarat
  • Personal package advice for mobility and health needs
Always Improving

What we improved after Hajj 2026

After serving 381 pilgrims during Hajj 2026, we listened closely and refined our service for 2027 — because every season should be better than the last.

Women's supportA stronger sisters' support system with dedicated female coordination.
Group communicationClearer real-time updates so no one misses a movement or timing.
Pre-Hajj seminarsA restructured, week-by-week program covering every rite in depth.
Hotel receptionSmoother check-in coordination on arrival in Makkah and Madinah.
Mina & Arafat guidanceImproved on-ground guidance during the most crucial days of Hajj.
Free vs. Dedicated Support

What we help with for free — and what a paid session adds

We have always answered Nusuk questions free of charge, and that does not change. A paid session exists for one reason only: some pilgrims want a specialist working inside their own application with them, at a scheduled time, rather than asking questions and trying again alone.

Always free

Guidance for everyone

  • General Hajj and Nusuk questions by phone, WhatsApp or email
  • Live webinars and every past recording
  • Written guides, checklists and requirement lists
  • Package advice and departure-city guidance
  • Help understanding what Nusuk is asking you for

The same answer, in half a minute

If you would rather watch than read, this clip walks through the free help first and only then explains what a one-to-one session adds.

  • Free webinars, step-by-step guides and phone support — at no cost, for everyone
  • Still stuck? An optional one-to-one screen-share session with an advisor
  • The consulting fee is credited in full toward your Hisar Tour Hajj 2027 package

Registration essentials

Hajj 2027: the essentials before you register

Hajj is the fifth of the five pillars of Islam — an obligation once in a lifetime for every Muslim who is physically and financially able. This guide answers the practical questions first-time North American pilgrims ask most about Hajj from USA and Canada — the dates, the Hajj visa and Hajj requirements, and who can travel. Hajj 2027 corresponds to Hajj 1448 AH.

When is Hajj 2027?

Hajj 2027 corresponds to 1448 AH. The dates below are planning estimates from the supplied schedule, subject to official Saudi confirmation and the moon sighting. Do not use them as confirmed flight dates:

  • Day of Tarwiyah — Fri 14 May 2027 (8 Dhul-Hijjah)
  • Day of Arafah — Sat 15 May 2027 (9 Dhul-Hijjah)
  • Eid al-Adha — Sun 16 May 2027 (10 Dhul-Hijjah)
  • Days of Tashreeq — 17–19 May 2027

Hajj visa & requirements

For pilgrims eligible for the Direct Hajj Program, the application and booking are completed on Nusuk. Prepare the items below and check the current season’s official requirements:

  • A passport meeting the current season’s validity requirement
  • Your own Nusuk account, passport scan and a compliant portrait photo
  • Your payment plan; fund the Nusuk eWallet when the platform enables it
  • The health documents required by Saudi authorities for your season and country
  • Review the visa and booking status in your official application before travelling

Women, older pilgrims and eligibility

Check the official season’s eligibility and companion requirements before making plans. Tell us about your family’s needs so we can help you compare the practical arrangements.

Older pilgrims should discuss fitness for travel with their clinician. Walking distances, rest breaks and assistance matter; a hotel star rating does not describe the whole journey.

Hajj from the USA & Canada

Hisar Tour operates group Hajj departures from six North American gateways, guided end to end by qualified imams:

  • USA: New York (JFK), Washington (IAD), Chicago (ORD), Houston (IAH), Los Angeles (LAX)
  • Hajj from Canada: Toronto (YYZ)
  • Group flights are typically via a single connection (e.g. Qatar Airways) to Jeddah or Madinah

Hajj 2027 FAQ

The essentials pilgrims ask most. Still unsure? Book a free meeting and we'll walk you through it.

Yes — this is the heart of what we do, and most of our pilgrims are first-timers. Qualified imams and murshids accompany every group from departure until return: they lead each rite step by step, provide Bluetooth headsets so you can hear guidance even in the crowds, and are reachable 24/7 on the ground. Before you travel, our free webinars and pre-Hajj seminars walk you through everything — Nusuk, packing, ihram, and what each day will look like.

Hajj involves real walking — Tawaf, Sa'i, and the daily walks to the Jamarat during the Mina days — and it takes place in warm weather. That said, thousands of elderly pilgrims complete it every year with the right package. For older or less mobile pilgrims we recommend non-shifting packages in Zone A (shortest walks to the Haram) and the Majar Al-Kabsh camp (300–700 m from the Jamarat). Wheelchair assistance is available for Tawaf and Sa'i, and Saudi government health insurance is included in every package. Tell us about any mobility or health needs in your pre-registration and we'll plan around them.

Eligibility and companion requirements are set for the official season. Check the current instructions on Nusuk Hajj and discuss privacy, room arrangements and group guidance with Hisar before committing.

Use the official Saudi health requirements for the 2027 season when they are issued; requirements may depend on your country and personal circumstances. Discuss medical fitness and any vaccinations with your clinician. Hisar will share the official preparation updates.

Prepare your passport, a clear passport scan and a portrait photo, then check the current Nusuk validity and image requirements. Complete any required health documentation for the season. eWallet funding is a later payment step when enabled; creating an account is not a confirmed booking.

Hisar Tour is not the official Nusuk platform. Official Hajj registration, booking, and payment are completed through hajj.nusuk.sa. Hisar Tour provides guidance, package selection support, group leadership, seminars, and on-ground coordination for pilgrims using the official Nusuk Hajj platform. Through our partnership with Seera Mawasim, we share in Seera Mawasim's 1st Place award for Excellent Service from the Ministry of Hajj, now in our 4th year of partnership.

Hajj 2027 corresponds to 1448 AH. The expected key dates are:

Yawm at-Tarwiyah (8 Dhul-Hijjah)Fri, 14 May 2027 Day of Arafah (9 Dhul-Hijjah)Sat, 15 May 2027 Eid al-Adha (10 Dhul-Hijjah)Sun, 16 May 2027 Days of Tashreeq (11–13 Dhul-Hijjah)17–19 May 2027

Dates are subject to the official moon sighting.

Nusuk typically opens Hajj package sales a few months ahead of the season, with exact dates announced officially each year. There's no single fixed deadline, but Hajj permits are limited and packages sell out — so we strongly recommend pre-registering early and completing your Nusuk verification and eWallet funding as soon as the season opens, so you're ready to book the moment packages are released. Watch hajj.nusuk.sa.

  1. Visit hajj.nusuk.sa and create an account.
  2. Complete your profile with passport details and a photo meeting the current Nusuk specifications.
  3. Fund your Nusuk eWallet.
  4. Browse packages, select and customize yours, and submit.
  5. Pay inside Nusuk and await confirmation.

We guide you through each step — just pre-register or book a free meeting.

Questions about hotels, room types, Mina camps, shifting programs, departure cities or prices are answered on the Hajj 2027 packages page. Questions about a stuck Nusuk application are answered on the registration support page.
